In this yoga-based workshop, Laura will set the stage for creating a huge, courageous energy shift. We'll talk about the nature of fear, what it's real purpose is, where it lives in our body, and how to work with it in your life. We'll talk about yoga as a tool for shifting our relationship with fear, and will move through a series of poses designed to connect to our highest selves, provide clarity, break through barriers and stoke courage.
This workshop does not require experience with yoga; it’s for anyone who desires to change their relationship to fear and live more courageously. There will be some writing so please bring a journal or notebook. This workshop is for ALL LEVELS.
