In this episode, we talk to Mary Vance, our amazing nutrition expert here in HOMEville. Nutrition is one of those tricky, touchy and ultra important topics when it comes to recovery. Personally, I've struggled hard with eating disorders so I'm wary of being too rigid, but I also *know* what's good for me and want to support my body. It's a tricky line, and recovery can surface new challenges around food (ahem, sudden kindred relationship with Ben + Jerry).

We talk to Mary about a few topics that come up most often: coffee, best tips for supporting new recovery, and vaginal steaming (ok, that never comes up, but we had to talk about it).
