Get Unstuck and Love Yourself Enough with Laura McKowen and Becky Vollmer

  • South Boston Yoga 36 West Broadway Boston, MA 02127 United States (map)

Whether in relationships, families, jobs, bodies or habits, sometimes we feel impossibly stuck. But “stuck” is a feeling, not a fact — and it’s not forever. The truth is that we all have choices, we just have to love ourselves enough to make them.

In this dynamic 3-hour yoga-based workshop, Becky and Laura will help set the stage for a big, brave energy shift. We’ll breathe with intent to connect with our highest selves and deepest aspirations. We’ll bust through the fears that make change so intimidating, and begin to feel the power that lies in our choices. And we’ll move through a series of yoga poses designed to soothe and embolden both body and soul.

This workshop isn’t just for experienced yogis (all postures can be modified for beginners); it’s for anyone with the desire to live the life they dream of instead of the life they feel stuck in. There will be plenty of writing so please bring a journal or notebook.

COST: $65 early bird before March 15, $75 after.
