In this yoga-based workshop, Laura will set the stage for creating a huge, courageous energy shift. We'll talk about the nature of fear, what it's purpose is, where it lives in our body, and how we can work with it more effectively. We'll talk about how to use yoga to work with our fear and will move through a series of poses designed to connect to our highest selves, provide clarity, break through barriers and stoke courage.
This workshop does not require experience with yoga; it’s for anyone who desires to change their relationship to fear and live more courageously. There will be some writing so please bring a journal or notebook.
- 45 minutes opening meditation, discussion
- 90-minute yoga practice
- 45 minutes discussion, closing meditation
There will also be beautiful assists, gentle massage with essential oils, and music.
