This will be a wonderful, nourishing reset in the midst of the holiday season. At our first Sacred Saturday, we will explore the theme of Gratitude. This is for all levels, all bodies. No yoga experience necessary. Bring a pen, journal, and yoga mat.
As we move toward the close of 2017, join Elena Brower and Laura McKowen in honouring your path toward, commitment to, and process of recovery. Regardless of where you are on the path, this experience will provide support, wisdom, and inspiration.
Reconnect with the most primitive, intuitive voice you have: the voice of your body. In this powerful yoga-based workshop, you will learn how to connect to the messages inside your body - a system that is available to you anytime, anywhere. Through a series of postures designed to attune you to different messages in parts of your body, you will create a sense of connection, surrender, balance, and power. Aromatherapy with essential oils and gentle touch massage included.
In this yoga-based workshop, Laura will set the stage for creating a huge, courageous energy shift. We'll talk about the nature of fear, what it's real purpose is, where it lives in our body, and how to work with it in your life. We'll talk about yoga as a tool for shifting our relationship with fear, and will move through a series of poses designed to connect to our highest selves, provide clarity, break through barriers and stoke courage.
A post-Thanksgiving detox! Join me to physically rinse your body. Through breathing techniques, core-strengthening and a series of poses which extend, compress and twist your body from the inside out, this flow will jumpstart the detoxification process.
After a good sweat, we will enjoy a long savasana with aromatherapy using essential oils for cleansing and clarity.
